Peter Deeb began his career in 1986 in the construction and development field. Since that time his interests have expanded as an entrepreneur into a number of industries, including Energy, Shipping, Real-Estate, and Financial Services. In 1996 he founded Hampton Securities Limited; the wholly-owned Wealth Management subsidiary of Hampton Financial Corporation, and has seen it grow from a 2 person operation to one of Canada’s leading independent financial firms.
As founder and Chairman of Hampton Securities, Mr. Deeb has spent the last 25 years growing the firm into a leading investment dealer in Canada. He has built a career developing proprietary investment strategies for individual and institutional clients. He brings with him a wealth of international markets experience and operational skills derived from years spent as an entrepreneur in a number of industries, including energy, shipping, real-estate, and finance.
Past and Present Board Directorships:
Mr. Deeb has previously served as Chairman of the Ontario District Counsel of IIROC and as Chairman of its National Advisory Board as well. In December 2019, Mr. Deeb was appointed as Chairman of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG).
